4- 6 months before the event!

• §  Determine on Size of Party (Small, Medium, Large, Extra-Large)
• §  Decide & Book the venue for the event.
• §  Make a list of different venders you will need
• §  Contact 1st Dance Entertainment for your consultation session (480-334-7757)

3 Months before Event

• §  Sign Contacts & Pay Deposits for all Venders
• §  Decide upon theme.
• §  Create rough draft of Invitation list
• §  Attend Planning meeting with 1stDance Entertainment.
• §  Begin shopping for the Dress.

2 Months before the event

• §  Order invitations & Finalize Invitation list.
• §  Order Catering!  Recommend Appetizers!
• §  Begin Chirography Father Daughter/ Dance
• §  Follow-up meeting with 1st DanceEntertainment
• §  Order Cake

6 Weeks before the event.

• §  Mail/handout invitations with requesting RSVP.
• §  Schedule Hair Appointment.
• §  Purchased of Dress!
• §  Purchase Decorations

3 Weeks before the Event

• §  Meeting with 1st Dance Entertainment to confirm all the Details.
• §  Go over timeline
• §  Talk about last minute details.

1 Week Before the Event:

• ü  Pay all Venders
• ü  Receive Arrival & Day off Check off list from 1^st Dance Entertainment.
