Phoenix Sweet16 DJ: Top 5 tips

Creating an Epic Sweet16

1. Make it Formal!

When a person dresses up, it communicates the importance.
Both teens and adults enjoy getting dressed up for speical occasions and making it a formal
event communicates the importance of the Sweet 16

2. Prepare your guests!

Guests do not always know what to do, so they need
someo instructions. An invitation is a great to achieve your goal. It can state the particulars
about the event and the expected dress for the event. Remember no one wants to feel out of
place so communicate with your guests your expectations are, including: the time of the event,
location, and at time you need the guests to be prepared to great the Guest of Honor. Here is
an example of information to include on a invitation:
Sarah's Sweet 16
Masquarade Party!
(Sarah will arrive at 5:50pm so everyone needs to be in position)
Dreess to impress (Guys Slacks/Collar shirt/Tie/ Girls formal Dress)
Remember to wear a decorated mask!

3. Use a theme:

Themes set the tone for the party and assist with the decorations.
It creates the vision for your party. In addition your venders, especially your DJ may be able
to help with the theme if you give him/her enough notice.

4. Include a couple of Sweet 16 Traditions.

Sweet 16 is a moment oftransition and it is important to include some of the traditions. Pick the ones that best fit your
personality and your family wishes. Discuss this with your teenager and parent, and come to
a group decission. The tradition of lighting 16 candles and naming people you are greatful
for is a great way to acknowledge the people who have helped you along the way.

5. Dance with your Father/Step-Father

Sweet 16 is celebration with your family and friends. You should not ignore your family (considering they are probably paying the bill) A nice touch is a dance with your father even if the relationship has been strained. For some daughters it is a chance to reconnect with their father

Xithlali's Quinceañera

Xithali celebrated her Quinceañera on April 5, 2014 at the La Princess in Phoenix AZ.

After a brief blessing, Xithali and her guests were transported into the world of Candy Land.

Her guests enjoyed all the bright colored lights and lasers, provided by Phoenix Sweet 16 DJ.
Xithali and her guests danced to a mix of today's hits, latin pop, and traditional Spanish music. Everyone danced and celebrated well into the night and didn't want the party to end.
